At Faith Family Church, we have been serving our Clinton County community for almost 30 years. FFC exists to Help People Connect With God and Grow to Love God, Love People, Serve the World, and Reach the Next Generation for Christ. This year, we have seen God add to our church with amazing people whose lives have been changed and transformed through salvation, baptism, and discipleship. We have seen God save marriages, set addicts free, heal the broken, and bring countless individuals and families into relationship with Him.
By 2016, our children’s ministry was exploding weekly as we continued to reach younger people and young families. God was answering prayers as we embraced His call to reach the next generation, but we were out of space in every environment. Our foyer and café areas were cramped, and our crowded hallway and parking lot communicated to guests that we are not in a position to welcome more families to FFC. We knew we had to take bold steps into the future to provide space for our growing church.
In the fall of 2017, we began a capital stewardship campaign to raise $300,000 for a down payment on our new facility. By 2019 we were experiencing 2 full services and consistently hitting a lid with nowhere to grow and expand. During covid in the spring of 2020, we began 3 services to make space and help people feel more comfortable coming back to church. The response to our open doors and our commitment to reach more people was overwhelming. We began to grow into 3 services over 3 years as we raised money to break ground on our new facility. Over the last 5 years, our average weekly attendance has grown from 200 to almost 400.
In April, 2023 we opened our new facility after several difficult years of building after covid, our new auditorium and new entrance is a major blessing with new restrooms in our connector. We continue to grow as a healthy and God honoring church with a focus on dynamic worship, relational life groups, and reaching kids and youth.
In April 2024, we announced our vision to launch a campus in Xenia, OH on Easter of 2025. We are are praying and building the launch team as we prepare for God to continue to grow and expand our vision and reach.
Together we can Reach our Community. Together we can pave the way for people all across Clinton County and Greene County to find hope in Christ and set the foundation for the next generation of servant leaders to do even more for the Kingdom of God!
